Wellness Exams applies to examinations given when there are no health or medical concerns and as part of the routine Superior Adult Feline Loyalty Package.  

Wellness Fecal Parasite Tests applies to fecal examinations when there are no health or medical concerns and as part of the Superior Adult Feline Loyalty Package.  (i.e., can not be used if the pet has diarrhea, vomiting, soft feces, GI tract disease, etc).

Feline Comprehensive Lab Profile applies to laboratory testing when there are no health or medical concerns and as part of the Superior Adult Feline Loyalty Package.  (i.e., can not be used if the pet presents for medical issues, health concerns or any sick pet visit)

All supplies, preventatives, medical care, consultations, etc., not listed in this package, are at regular and customary fees.  This package does not include the cost of the county tag or rabies license.  An authorization form is to be signed at the time of purchase the Superior Adult Feline Loyalty Package.  This package is non-transferable and non-refundable for any reason.
