Wellness Exams applies to examinations given when there are no health or medical concerns and as part of the routine puppy series.  

Wellness Fecal Parasite Tests applies to fecal examinations when there are no health or medical concerns and as part of the routine puppy series.  (i.e., can not be used if the pet has diarrhea, vomiting, soft feces, GI tract disease, etc).    

Pediatric Dewormings are for routine, broad spectrum parasite control.  If a parasite is identified on the wellness fecal testing or as part of a medical illness, then cost of treating the identified parasite is not included in this wellness package.

All supplies, preventatives, medical care, consultations, etc., not listed in this package, are at regular and customary fees.  This package does not include the cost of the county tag or rabies license.  An authorization form is to be signed at the time of purchase the Puppy Loyalty Package.  This package is non-transferable and non-refundable for any reason. Any unused portions of this package are non-refundable and do not carry over to the next term.  This package is good for 1 year from the time of purchase, but only for the items and services listed.  This package offers no warranties or guarantees.  Full price of package is to be paid at time of purchase.  Price of package will not be provided online or to phone solicitors.
